Are you thinking about applying as a vendor or food truck at The Night Market Company? Let us help you figure that out!
When can I apply?
Markets fill up fast, so we suggest that you apply early in the market season. When market dates and waitlists are full, they will be removed from the application. If market dates are still on the application, that means we are still accepting vendors and food trucks for that date!
Yes. You must have a valid state tax I.D. to participate in our markets. It is a NCDOR requirement. Feel free to learn more or/and apply on their website here.
You can expect to hear back on the status of your application 7-10 business days after you have submitted. If you would like to request expedited processing, please contact us AFTER you have submitted your application.

To apply as a vendor or Food Truck at The Night Market Company™️, you’ll need to completely fill out the application above. Each market is curated separately, so you might be accepted into one market date and be on the waiting list for another. We try to be as fair as possible with vendor rotation. If accepted, you will receive an email of your status immediately.
